  • Training on the impact of trauma and how to structure ministries that are trauma-informed and healing. 2 hour workshop, ½ day, full-day.

  • What to look for in new hires with a focus on children’s ministries and trauma-informed care. Written recommendations provided.

  • Structuring church ministries with consideration of Threat Management and Liability. An assessment will be provided with recommendations.

  • On-site assistance to create a trauma/sensory friendly environment. A full assessment of the facility will be provided with recommendations for implementation of any recommendations.

  • Recommendations as to needed training for Staff/Volunteers; provision of training and assistance with implementation.
